The Inaugural Spring Slam
In March we held our first ever Spring Slam, a new edition to the Club's 'Grand Slam' Calendar and the event proved to be both popular and a success.
Ladies' doubles pairings went head to head across three round robin pools, with the men doing likewise before the winners of each round robin group and the best runners up went head to head in knock out semi-finals and then the final.
A great way to kick off the new season calendar with our finals taking place under the lights made for a great atmosphere as everyone tucked into Match Day snacks to watch the drama of the finals unfold.
